In particular, MeRA is looking for suppliers with the ability to help build the offshore wind industry in Maine and/or local Maine-based suppliers and entities that can provide goods and services during construction and operation of the project. In many cases MeRA will not contract directly with these entities but will serve as a facilitator to connect different levels of suppliers with each other.
